What is the best way to get rid of blackheads and reduce enlarged pores caused by blackheads?

I’ve heard scrubbing more often or lazer treatment being mentioned as the cure-all but have also heard of their downsides… so this is still a perennial question that I have unanswered. Any effective and wallet-friendly recommendations? Thank you.
