There are many beauty products out there that contains hyaluronic acid. How does Dr TWL HA serum differ from what’s out there in the market and what ski type/age suits the use of HA as a supplemental skin care product?

Hi Sue,

Hyaluronic Acid (HA) has gained attention in its functions of skin rejuvenation in cosmetic products. HA has a major role in binding to water, allowing to be a determinant of skin viscoelasticity, hydration, structure and firmness. With age, the loss of HA over time represents the ageing process common to all. As such, HA serums are favoured to plump and hydrate skin.

Our Hyaluronic Acid is freshly compounded and tested in laboratory settings, preservative and paraben free.

Despite having many hyaluronic acid serums in the market, our serum is dermatologist-formulated and contains 1% of pure HA, commercially the highest concentration in the market with proven efficiency. Most conventional HA serums contain 0.5% of pure HA.

Our HA Acid provides hydration effect for all skin types. Regardless of skin type, a supply of HA to the skin can compensate the loss of natural HA that the stratum corneum experiences over time.
