Hi dropxofjupiter,
It depends on the location of the milia. Commonly, if the milia is under the eyes, there are treatments like extraction and laser vaporization which is minimally invasive. For widespread milia, there is topical retinoid preparation available by prescription only. However, this should not be used during pregnancy. There are also various concentrations required to be tailored to the conditions of different people. Do check with an accredited dermatologist for more information.
