[Anti-inflammation] Research has shown that lipid extracts from six chlorella species are effective in the inhibition of the lipase enzyme and ROS produced by P. acne. The same test was conducted to test for the inhibition of pro-inflammatory cytokines and chlorella was found to be effective against inflammation1. These anti-inflammatory properties of chlorella work together to help prevent acne breakouts, making it a potent bioactive ingredient for pimple cream.
[Anti-pigmentation] Argan oil from the Argania spinosa tree contains an ingredient called sterolins which helps the skin to retain more moisture and promotes healthy skin cell metabolism. When the skin is moist, the body tones down the production of sebum, thereby preventing further acne breakouts. Vitamin E found in argan oil has antioxidant properties which help to fade acne scars by removing damaged cells and encouraging the growth of new healthy skin cells.

DIRECTIONS CURATED FOR ANTI-ACNE USE
Treat your mask acne here using the SilkPeel Home Medi-Facial Kit.
Work a pea-sized amount with water into a lather over the entire face and rinse off.
[Maintenance] Apply liberally over blemish-prone areas twice daily.
[Intensive Repair] Apply very thick layer over blemish once detected, multiple times as often as possible throughout the day until blemish resolves.
[Day] Apply mist to entire face and neck as last step after sunblock. Hold the bottle 15cm away and spray with circular movement. Avoid the eyes. Do not inhale, allow 3 minutes for mist to be fully absorbed before applying makeup. Use mist before applying makeup to ensure full skin hydration, with touch-ups, to set or enhance makeup.
[Night] Spray on after Elixir-V Total Recovery Serum and night creams to boost absorption for total skin repair while you sleep.
CARE: Machine washable with regular detergent. Use delicates cycle with laundry bag to minimise wear and tear. Do not tumble dry. Do not use any fabric softeners when washing or drying. Do not use chlorine bleach as it may degrade the ear elastics over time. Wash prior to first use and daily thereafter, or between users, whichever comes first. After laundering and prior to use, inspect face mask for fabric integrity, do not use if there are rips or tears.
Disclaimer: While copper impregnated textiles have been shown to be effective in limited studies as antiviral agents effective against coronaviruses and respiratory viruses, Dr.TWL Biomaterials does not currently recommend the fabric mask for medical staff usage in high risk healthcare settings. The standard remains the surgical mask (suited for use with our LyoSilk Mask Slip) for droplet precautions and the N95 mask for airborne precautions.
