FAQ
Are at-home LED devices safe for my eyes and skin?
Safety is our non-negotiable proof of quality. Unlike many uncertified beauty devices, our system is engineered to rigorous, internationally-recognized safety standards.
Our technology is rooted in an FDA-cleared 510(k) lineage—meaning it’s derived from a family of devices reviewed by the FDA for safety. We have voluntarily submitted our device for independent, third-party testing to validate its quality:
- Photobiological Eye Safety: Certified to IEC 62471 standards.
- Electrical & Medical Safety: Compliant with the IEC 60601-1 standard, a benchmark for medical electrical equipment.
- Biocompatibility: All skin-contact materials are tested to ISO 10993 standards (for cytotoxicity, irritation, and sensitization).
How often should I use the LED system?
We recommend 3-4 times per week, for 10-20 minutes per session. As a dermatologist-developed system, we’ve included 5 levels of adjustable power. We advise starting at Level 1 (10mW/cm²) to acclimate your skin, and then gradually progressing as you build resilience. Consistency is more important than intensity.
What is the difference between your 4-Chip system and a "7-Color" device?
This is the critical difference. Our system is a professional “Quad-Spectrum” system built on 4 core, clinically-validated therapeutic wavelengths (Red 630nm, Blue 460nm, Green 525nm, Infrared 850nm).
Our 7 visual modes are “Dermatologist-Curated Smart Modes”—they are intelligent, pre-set combinations of these 4 pro-grade chips.
Many “7-color” devices are uncalibrated beauty gadgets with “filler” light. Our system is engineered for precision and quality of the spectrum, not just the quantity of colors, to ensure you receive a therapeutic-grade dose every time.
What should I put on my skin before or after my LED treatment?
Our system is engineered as a 2-phase dermocosmetic protocol.
Phase 1 (The Light): Always use the device on clean, dry skin. The light “signals” the skin for cellular repair and creates the optimal microclimate.
Phase 2 (The Formulas): Immediately after your light session, apply our Amino Acid Recovery Mask (included in the Founder’s Set). Your skin is now perfectly primed to absorb the “post-biotic” building blocks and calming botanicals to complete the rejuvenation.
Can I use this for my scalp and hair?
Yes. Unlike face-only masks, our PDT canopy is designed for holistic face and scalp health. The Red (630nm) and Infrared (850nm) lights are ideal for revitalizing the scalp. Using the device creates a calm, balanced scalp ecosystem, which is the optimal environment for healthier-looking hair.
Is an at-home LED system worth the investment?
This is not a ‘consumer-grade’ gadget; it is a dermatologist-developed system engineered for a professional-level experience at home.
While a single, professional-grade LED facial at a high-end spa can cost $300 or more, our system is a one-time investment in your long-term skin wellness.
It is designed to deliver our complete, 2-phase dermocosmetic protocol—the Signature Protocol—from your own home, on your own schedule. You are not just buying a device; you are investing in a complete, professional-grade cosmetic ritual.
