1. What is your beauty routine to keep yourself looking gorgeous and what do you do to stay in shape?

I strongly believe that a well-hydrated skin is the key to look gorgeous. This can be done by drinking 8 glasses of water daily and applying moisturizer and sunscreen to protect my skin for the daily hustle and bustle. However, to combat inner health, I maintain a rather strict diet plan: Time-restricted feeding (TRF) intermittent diet; it involves a set daily fasting period and a shortened eating window of 3-12 hours. The form that I am taking is to fast for 16 hours each day and eating my daily calories during the remaining 8 hours. Lastly, I work out at least 3 times a week to keep myself fit.

2. What does beauty mean to you?

Beauty is a certainly a gift and it comes to us in different ways. Some are endowed with beautiful skin, eyes, and others with lovely personalities and talents.

3. Share with us 3 essentials in your closet (can be anything from fashion-beauty-lifestyle)

Given a plethora of products that I own, I would firstly require a sunscreen. Sunscreen is my essential because it protects my skin from daily intake of harmful UV Rays. It is especially important for people like me who loves to venture outdoors. Furthermore, some sunscreen can also repair and brighten our skin. Secondly, Blusher is my essential for me to always be camera-ready. It adds more color to my face just like adding lavender to a rose bouquet. Blushers instantly add depth to one’s appearance.

4. What do you hope to gain/achieve in the contest?

Through the contest, I hope to improve and learn how to present myself better. I hope to gain more experience in modeling and make more friends who share the same passion as I do. I hope to collaborate with Dr.TWL as part of my journey in modeling.

5. How do you define success and how do you measure up to your own definition?

I believe that everyone runs their own race and there is simply no need for comparison with others. As such, the definition of success is very much subjective. Success to me simply means that I meet the objectives that I set for myself. That would be the self-satisfaction that I adore.

6. What makes you a butterfly beauty?

We often delight in the beauty of butterflies. Yet we rarely admit the changes and hard work it has gone through to attain that beauty. As such, butterfly beauty aptly describes me.
